Key Responsibilities:

User & System Support

· Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for office and production users.

· Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords in line with company policies.

Infrastructure & Network

· Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, switches, routers, and other network devices.

· Monitor and ensure stable connectivity between production equipment, ERP systems, and plant operations.

· Support data backup, recovery, and security measures.

Manufacturing Systems Support

· Provide technical assistance for ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-related applications.

· Support IT-enabled production equipment, scanners, and interfaces used in the toll manufacturing process.

· Work closely with production teams to resolve IT-related issues that may affect operational efficiency.

Maintenance & Documentation

· Perform preventive maintenance on IT assets and keep asset inventory updated.

· Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures for knowledge base development.

· Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

· At least 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or tolling environment.

· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications.

· Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).

· Familiarity with ERP or production-related systems is an advantage.

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

· Willingness to work on-site and provide on-call support when needed.
