What You Will Do:

  • Develop onboarding programs for new employees. Train and guide new hires.
  • Evaluate employee/s performance to gauge where skills are lacking. Structuring content and activities for optimizing learning.
  • Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees. Reshaping content for changing needs.
  • Prepare learning materials for programs. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training. Making relevant changes to curriculums to ensure ongoing learning outside of formal settings.
  • Research new teaching methods. Creating lesson plans and recommending interesting additional resources.
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
  • Oversee and direct workshops, individual training sessions and lectures.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
