*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our BPO team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to customers via phone, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Sell insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto) to customers via inbound and outbound calls

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries

  • Process applications, payments, and policy changes

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

*Requirements:*

  • High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or BPO industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (30 wpm+)

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
