*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our BPO team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to customers via phone, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
Sell insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto) to customers via inbound and outbound calls
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries
Process applications, payments, and policy changes
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
*Requirements:*
High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or BPO industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (30 wpm+)
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
