Job Summary:

Nono's is seeking a dependable Line Cook to help prepare and cook menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipe guidelines
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management
  • Support the culinary team in daily kitchen operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in F&B or Back-of-House operations preferred
  • For those without prior experience, must have NC II or be a graduate of Culinary Arts or related course
  • Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
