About the Role
As a Marketing Associate at THEOS Cyber, you will play an active role in driving our brand, content, and campaign efforts across digital platforms. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a strong interest in cybersecurity and a passion for creating impactful marketing that informs, engages, and converts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and have real ownership over projects that build awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
You will gain hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, support campaign execution, and develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the cybersecurity industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Associate you will:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, including LinkedIn content, email marketing, and promotional assets —ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and timelines.
- Create and manage content such as social media posts, landing page copy, presentation decks, and thought leadership materials that reflect the brand tone and positioning.
- Design visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
- Support the planning and promotion of events (webinars, conferences, executive roundtables), including invitation workflows, registration pages, collateral, and post-event follow-ups.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement, applying keyword strategies and performance insights to improve visibility and effectiveness.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to evaluate results and inform future efforts.
- Coordinate marketing assets and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and consistent execution.
Core Qualifications
- 1–2 years of marketing experience in B2B, tech, or related industries
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create content that is both strategic and engaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media platforms (LinkedIn), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and a strong visual eye.
- Interest in or familiarity with cybersecurity, enterprise tech, or emerging digital trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Clear communicator: Can articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Organized and deadline-driven: Delivers high-quality work while juggling competing priorities.
- Collaborative and curious: Enjoys problem-solving with teammates and learning from new challenges.
- Proactive and adaptable: Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Brand-minded: Pays attention to tone, consistency, and storytelling in every piece of content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Previous work on thought leadership campaigns, webinars, or B2B content programs.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana.
