Your Role:
As an HR Manager, you will:

Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to ensure a healthy and compliant workplace.

Manage recruitment efforts and collaborate with department heads to meet manpower requirements.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and champion a positive organizational culture.

Monitor HR metrics and use insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

Preferred skills/expertise

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)

Experience in BPO or shared services environments

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting tools

Background in change management and organizational development
