ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their company and play an integral role in their continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will uphold the company's core values by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Respond to all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Handle all email inquiries, voicemails, and shipment tracking requests
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with vendors regarding shipments to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via the live chatbot platform
- Support quote requests from customers or sales representatives
- Add and maintain contact information in the CRM system
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a phone-based role
- Prior experience in a service environment using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and contact management, and/or CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate resolutions
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and basic math skills
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
