Project and initiativesEducation & Certification: Preferably Bachelor's / College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course.Technical Competencies/Skills:• Project Management: Ability to analyze, schedule, prioritize and complete tasks by applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques.• Communication: Ability to relate, persuade, lead, negotiate and clearly express oneself when speaking and writing. Maximizing use of communication platforms such as MS Teams, eDMs, Viva Engage, etc.• Presentation: Ability to present concepts, plans and activities and deliver those in a clear and effective presentation.
