To lead the organization's performance management and employee engagement activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture. This role also has a People and Culture Business Partner component, providing guidance and support to business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee success.

Education & Certification:

Preferably Bachelor's / College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course.

Technical Competencies/Skills:

• Project Management: Ability to analyze, schedule, prioritize and complete tasks by applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques.

• Communication: Ability to relate, persuade, lead, negotiate and clearly express oneself when speaking and writing. Maximizing use of communication platforms such as MS Teams, eDMs, Viva Engage, etc.

• Presentation: Ability to present concepts, plans and activities and deliver those in a clear and effective presentation. Proficiency in MS Office and/or other presentation tools is required.

• Records and Data Management: Ability to ensure compliance to company and regulatory guidelines through proper records management and data accuracy and integrity.

• Deliver the vision: Can articulate what the plans are for own role, function and broader FWD strategy and how they link to the company vision.
