Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing marketing strategies to expand the company's existing client base.
  • Researching and analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
  • Identifying and defining prospective clients in different fields of business and market sectors.
  • Conducting promotional activities and social media campaigns.
  • Performing company presentations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitors marketing and sales performance, and adjusts strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Tourism or any business-related course from a reputable university.
  • Preferably with 1 to 3 years of related work experience in marketing and sales from a reputable firm, preferably in the construction, building materials, real estate and property development industry.
  • Adept in social media marketing and preferably with working knowledge of web design principles, printing processes, graphics formats, and effective design and photography principles.
  • With excellent presentation and marketing communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
