Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute monthly training plans.

  2. Conduct onboarding, refresher, and process update training.

  3. Provide performance feedback and assessments during training.

  4. Deliver advanced training on service skills and awareness.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent English Communication Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English

  2. Strong critical thinking, data analysis, empathy, soft skills, and coaching/communication abilities.

  3. Experience as a Trainer (5 years minimum) - BPO Company

Work Setup:

  • Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig City (office-based)
  • Full time position, Night Shift (Shift Schedule)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
