We're Hiring: Shopify Website Administrator / Developer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and develop our Shopify platform, ensuring smooth operations, accurate product listings, and optimized content that drives sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Spare Parts portal on Shopify, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory.
  • Manage and optimize product data for improved visibility and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless platform operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to maintain accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and product categorization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product listing or platform-related issues.
  • Stay updated with Shopify tools, features, and best practices to enhance content and product management.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the Prosys sales portal, aligning updates with product and pricing changes.
  • Update promotional details, banners, and marketing materials on both Shopify and the Prosys portal in coordination with the marketing team.

Required Skills

  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms, specifically
    Shopify
    (At least 1 year experience).
  • Strong ability to manage and maintain large volumes of product data.
  • Front and Backend Development.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    , particularly
    Excel
    and
    Word
    .
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

Good to Have (Advantage, but Not Required)

  • Familiarity with
    SEO principles
    and product optimization.
  • Experience with catalog-based product listings.
  • Exposure to image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Willingness to learn
