Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to individual products or product lines.

Identify unique selling propositions (USPs) and positioning for each product.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

Campaign Development & Execution

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, etc.) to promote product visibility and sales.

Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling product content, including brochures, packaging, videos, and digital assets.

Ensure brand consistency across all product communications.

Product Launch Support

Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches, relaunches, and product lifecycle campaigns.

Coordinate promotional events, product demonstrations, and trade shows.

Prepare sales tools and promotional kits for product rollout.

Data & Performance Tracking

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product sales.

Gather customer insights, feedback, and competitor intelligence to improve strategies.

Generate reports and present key findings to the product or marketing team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with the product development, sales, and supply chain teams to align marketing activities with product availability and sales goals.

Support the training of internal teams and external partners on product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in marketing or product-related roles.

Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics platforms).

Background in FMCG, retail, technology, or related industries is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Traits:

Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Knowledge of branding, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior.

Ability to translate technical product information into clear, marketable content.
