Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares and submits Letter of Intent to proposed sites
  • Processes and secures access permits for site surveys and site implementation
  • Presents and secures approval for the proposed implementation plan to the Building Administrator/ Engineer/ Owner
  • Negotiates the commercial terms with the property owners and assure that rates are within the client's approved matrix
  • Secures all the necessary documents required such as SAR, MOC and NTP, which are approved by clients and property owner
  • Performs other related work as maybe assigned by the management

Education: At least College level

Skills Preferred (but not required):

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to details, good interpersonal skills, reliable, hardworking and flexible
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to learn
