About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Virtual Assistant to support a limo and chauffeur service company. This role focuses on improving our online visibility, local search rankings, and lead generation through consistent SEO optimization.

This position is ideal for someone who is:

  • Understands SEO fundamentals (on-page, local, and technical basics)
  • Can execute tasks independently with clear direction
  • Is comfortable working with service-based businesses
  • Cares about real results, not vanity metrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize website pages for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
  • Perform local SEO optimization (Google Business Profile, citations, location pages)
  • Conduct keyword research relevant to: Limo services, Airport transfers, Corporate transportation, Event & chauffeur services
  • Optimize existing blog and service content
  • Identify SEO gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor keyword rankings and basic performance metrics
  • Assist with content updates for SEO purposes
  • Ensure consistency of business information (NAP) across listings
  • Document tasks, changes, and progress clearly

Tools & Software You Should Be Comfortable With:

  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics (basic level is fine)
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar)
  • Google Sheets
  • WordPress or similar CMS
  • Google Business Profile (local SEO)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SEO optimization
  • Understanding of local SEO for service-based businesses
  • Ability to follow SEO guidelines and execute tasks accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written English communication
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • Organized and able to track tasks and results

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working with transportation, limo, or local service businesses
  • Experience with WordPress SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of backlinks and citation building
  • Familiarity with location-based landing pages

Performance Expectations:

  • Consistent SEO task completion
  • Measurable improvements in rankings and visibility over time
  • Accurate documentation of work completed
  • Proactive identification of SEO opportunities
