Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Manager – Network & System Administrator to oversee and maintain our company's network systems, servers, and IT security. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills to ensure seamless operations and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems
- Oversee system administration, including security, backups, and updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and implement security best practices
- Develop IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security
- Collaborate with internal teams to support IT needs and business operations
- Implement and upgrade IT solutions to improve overall performance
- Document system configurations and processes for future reference
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in network & system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches)
- Expertise in server management (Windows, Linux), virtualization, and cloud technologies
- Experience with IT security, backups, and disaster recovery planning
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Strong communication and leadership skills
