  • Customer Interaction. Greet clients, answer phones, and handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a high level of professionalism.
  • Service & Job Management. Input, allocate, and closed service tickets, work orders, and job data in company databases or software.
  • Documentation & Reporting. Prepare, edit, and file reports, invoices, service records, and customer documentation.
  • Inventory & Supplies. Monitor, order, and maintain inventory of stocks, spare parts, or equipment required for service tasks.
  • Communication. Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day and relay information to customers regarding repair status or appointment times.
  • Financial Administration. Process invoices, track receipts, submit expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree (Any 2 years of 4 years course)
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • With relevant experience is a must but not required
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software (e.g., CRM or ERP systems).
