Job Summary

The Travel Consultant is responsible for providing clients with seamless travel services, including flight, hotel, and land arrangement bookings. The role ensures that all reservations meet clients' requirements while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and land arrangements based on client needs
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure reservations
  • Create and manage VPOs, process payments, and ensure proper documentation
  • Monitor unbilled transactions, reconcile accounts, and report operational issues
  • Assist clients with itinerary adjustments, cancellations, or special requests
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and promotions
  • Perform other tasks related to travel and operations as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficiency in booking systems or willingness to learn (Sabre, Amadeus)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Onsite work (Mandaluyong)
