Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, trade).
  • Oversee product launches, in-store activations, and promotional events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI; implement improvements.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with sales and operational plans.
  • Provide guidance to creative and advertising agencies for brand communications.

4. Product Portfolio Management

  • Manage the product lifecycle, from development to discontinuation.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend new product launches or enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions if needed.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs including brand awareness, market share, sales growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular brand performance reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in brand management or marketing in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of FMCG marketing, trade channels, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
