Be part of safeguarding the company's integrity by identifying risks, evaluating controls, and ensuring compliance across operations. You'll perform audits, uncover insights that drive improvement, and deliver clear, impactful reports that help management make smarter decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments of assigned areas within established timelines.
  • Develop risk-based audit plans and programs.
  • Perform audit testing and evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and communicate comprehensive audit reports to the Audit Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Internal Audit.
  • Understanding of internal audit, risk management, or compliance experience is a plus
  • CPA license preferred; CIA certification (or progress toward it) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, honest, and assertive; able to multitask effectively.
  • Willing to perform fieldwork as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
  • Fresh graduates with good academic standing are encouraged to apply.
