  • Verifies the line-production during start-up / changeover in print /lam section. Makes sures that all materials (like films, inks, solvent, adhesives, etc.) used is released with acceptable stickers attached.
  • Conducts verification of raw materials used during start of run.
  • Checks the production schedule as forecast through local network vs. the actual production run then coordinates and clarify to other department if there is other issue or concern.
  • Checks the initial output samples if comparable to LSD and troubleshoot in terms of color matching and other related concerns.
  • Inspect and evaluate the product during start-up or within production run.
  • Ensures that the quality of printed products is within the quality standards/limits and adhesive bond strength is acceptable during lamination process. No quality concerns should be visible (e.g., wrinkles, bubbles, warping, blade lines, etc.
  • Maintains QC records and other pertinent data to make sure that all documents must be accurate and updated.
  • Monitors the quality parameters of the machine used in line production like machine temperature, viscosity, tension, etc.
  • Performs complete layout inspection by measuring dimensions, such as length, thickness and other related activities to ensure it meets product specifications.
  • Monitors defects, on hold, for sorting and other QC dispositions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
