I. JOB SUMMARY
A quality manager makes sure products or services meet customer expectations. They oversee quality control; ensuring products comply with standards and specifications. The role demands strong leadership skills, plus the ability to analyze data and communicate well with team members
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILLITIES
Manages and reports the quality of product throughout all phases of production (In-coming Inspection, In-process Inspection, Out-going inspection) Ensuring that all customer product compliance and standards are met.
Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues and set standards for incoming materials and parts as needed.
Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services
Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes
Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
Communicate with other teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure that quality control processes are aligned with business objectives.
Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
Manage and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring that all necessary records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Train team members on quality control processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products or services, ensuring that quality control processes are integrated into the development process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to quality control, sharing knowledge and insights with team members and stakeholders.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- College Graduate in Engineering or any related courses.
B. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Must be 1 to 2 years' experience in Manufacturing Setting.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
