Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer who will be responsible for the on-site supervision and quality monitoring of all building constructions in our Breeder Farm project. The role requires hands-on leadership and attention to detail to ensure all civil works meet structural standards, timelines, and safety regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least 2 years of experience in construction site supervision or related field (experience in agricultural or farm infrastructure is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and structural plans
  • Willing to stay on-site in Bukidnon

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Closely monitor the on-site construction of all buildings in the Breeder Farm, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with plans and specifications
  2. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely and quality execution of civil works
  3. Conduct regular inspections and prepare progress reports, issue technical instructions, and ensure materials used are of approved quality
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the site
  5. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address issues and implement design changes as needed
