We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to support both administrative and accounting functions. This role requires accuracy, organization, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth financial and office operations.

Responsibilities

Administrative

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and supply requests
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy records
  • Complete W9s, Certificates of Insurance, and routine correspondence
  • Provide project support to the Controller as needed

Accounting

  • Process payments (wire, credit card, PayPal, check) and credit applications
  • Handle deposits, weekly invoice mailings, and credit memos
  • Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts via phone/email
  • Generate account statements and credit references when requested
  • Receive invoices, ensure proper GL coding, and enter into QuickBooks
  • Run and prepare AR aging reports with comments for management
  • Match transactions and reconcile receivables in QuickBooks vs iBiz
  • Assist with end-of-month inventory reporting and journal entries

Qualifications

  • Coursework in accounting a plus
  • Prior administrative experience; AR experience preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Adobe, MS Office, cloud-based filing)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
