Position: Construction Manager

Location: Park 'N Fly NAIA Rd, Parañaque

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a Construction Manager who will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. The role requires strong coordination skills and hands-on engineering expertise, especially in civil/structural works.

Qualifications

  • BS Civil Engineering graduate, licensed Civil Engineer required
  • 2–4 years experience in site or project management
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and cost management skills
  • Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD
  • Physically fit and willing to work extended hours on-site when needed
  • Preferred: Experience in large civil/structural parking projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, manpower, and subcontractor coordination
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and daily site logs
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards
  • Coordinate closely with design, fabrication, and installation teams
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety checks, and issue resolution
  • Assist in cost tracking, material requests, and documentation
  • Support overall project execution to ensure completion on time and within budget
