We are a Quadruple A contractor in the Philippines, and is an innovator in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), and infrastructure development through proprietary engineering methodologies.

Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven MEPF Manager who will oversee all aspects of MEPF works on site, and will be responsible for ensuring construction services meet set standards of quality, project specifications and customer requirements.

This role must perform the following:

  • Technically well-verse in all aspect of MEPF works which includes design, installation, testing and commissioning, project handover and close-out.
  • Address and resolve MEPF issues with the team, PM and AM
  • Creates proposals and recommendation to ensure quality and efficiency of designs/plan.
  • Reviews and be familiarized with contract scope deliverables for the project, and verifies if these are aligned with the for construction drawings.
  • Must be able to draw and explain clearly the MEPF schematic diagram and sequence of work
  • Should have good presentation skills
  • Direct experience in handling/leading at least five MEPF Supervisors and 15 MEPF Engineers under his/her direct supervision
  • Excellent background in handling/leading at least ten sub-contractors with 500 minimum direct workers all in all
  • Should have handled MEPF work package amounting to at least 500 million pesos
  • Best to have experience working with foreign client and designers
  • Reviews and evaluates sub-con billings and claims for MEPF works.
  • Checks and reconciles change orders on MEPF activities with clients.

Qualified candidate must possess the following:

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably licensed
  • Must have at least 10 years' experience in the Construction industry, with min of 3 years in Managerial capacity
  • Must have completed at least 3 projects starting from pre- construction phase until project close out and handover
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent in building positive client relationship
  • Can handle pressure in professional manner
