About the Role

Woolbuddy is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Graphic Design & Video Editing Virtual Assistant to join our team. You'll create eye-catching designs, edit short videos, and support our marketing and administrative needs.

We're looking for a proactive self-starter with a strong design sense, solid video editing skills, and an understanding of digital marketing. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and want to grow with a creative brand, this role is for you

Responsibilities

Design and edit content for social media, website, presentations, and marketing campaigns

Edit short-form videos for social media, ads, and promotions

Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas and campaigns

Keep branding consistent across all design and video materials

Organize and manage digital assets

Assist with admin tasks

Research design and content trends to keep visuals fresh

Track and help report on visual content performance

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)

Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)

Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Able to work independently in a remote setting

Familiarity with social media content formats

Reliable internet and access to necessary tools/software

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or remote creative support

Knowledge of project management tools , Dropbox, Google Suite)

Background in digital marketing, content creation, or copywriting

Experience with e-commerce or product-based brands
