Your Role:
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a vital role in delivering high-quality creative work across digital and traditional media channels. This position requires advanced design expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Working independently with general supervision, the Senior Graphic Designer balances strong conceptual ideas with flawless execution and brand consistency on every project. This role is ideal for a designer with a deep understanding of industry-standard tools, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:
  • Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for digital and print media, including display ads, social content, websites, marketing collateral, and video graphics.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with strategic objectives across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and Creative Directors to deliver outstanding creative solutions.
  • Apply strategic thinking to solve design challenges, balancing creative vision with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and cultural shifts to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
  • Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high creative standards.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a creative in-house agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree (BFA, BA, or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print work, emphasizing branding, advertising, and digital media.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.
  • Strong conceptual and executional design skills, with solid knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and digital best practices.
  • Experience creating multi-channel creative assets for social media, display advertising, email campaigns, and video content.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking regarding creative challenges.
  • Proven experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across diverse platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and explaining design decisions effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently with general supervision, balancing creative exploration with practical execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.
