Work Schedule: 6:00AM to 3:00PM (Flexible based on daylight saving hours in Australia)

Summary

Our client, a key player in IT Services/IT Consulting providing software solutions, is currently in need of Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our brand's visual identity, playing a critical role in designing compelling marketing and communication materials. Reporting to the Head of Design and collaborating closely with the Marketing, Content, and Product teams, you will ensure our brand is communicated effectively and consistently across all customer touchpoints. You will own the creative process from concept to execution for a wide range of digital and print assets. Your success will be measured by your ability to produce high-quality, engaging visuals that elevate to our client brand and support our strategic marketing objectives.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house or at a creative agency.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design for marketing purposes.
• Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and brand identity systems.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Preferred: Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch). Experience in the gaming, or entertainment industries.

What you'll do:

Creative Design & Execution

• Conceptualise and create visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and landing pages.
• Develop and design marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, infographics, and event materials.
• Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into clear, effective, and on-brand design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, data, and performance metrics to optimise for engagement and conversion.

Brand Management & Governance

• Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all creative output adheres to our client visual identity guidelines.
• Maintain and evolve the brand style guide to ensure consistency across all internal and external-facing materials.
• Review and provide feedback on creative produced by external agencies or partners to ensure brand alignment.
• Maintain an organised digital asset library for use across the organisation.

Project Coordination & Workflow

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, set expectations, and communicate timelines.
• Effectively manage the feedback and revision process to ensure efficient project progression.
• Prepare and deliver final, production-ready files for digital and print applications.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work collaboratively with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to create cohesive and impactful campaign materials.
• Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Provide timely updates on project status and potential roadblocks to relevant teams.
• Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and competitor creative to inform and inspire new ideas.
