Job Brief:Responsibilities:
  • Design and iterate branded assets in collaboration with paid media and email strategy teams
  • Manage multiple assignments and support several brands simultaneously
  • Work from high-level briefs and translate them into compelling creative assets
  • Develop digital designs in various sizes for platforms such as Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Partner cross-functionally to meet creative needs across teams
  • Edit, manipulate, and transform various media formats (motion graphics a plus)
  • Design performance-oriented email creatives for segmented audiences
  • Ensure visual consistency with each brand's guidelines
RequirementsMust-Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design best practices
  • Familiarity with email marketing and SMS campaign design
  • Experience designing for social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Nice-to-Have:
  • Motion design and animation skills
  • Shopify and other ecommerce platform experience
  • Experience designing assets for performance marketing or retention
