QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or public administration- 5+ years in leadership/management roles- Experience in nonprofit, government, or corporate settings
  • Candidate has relevant academic background or proven track record in leadership
  • Has experience leading teams, setting goals, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Has skills in Financial Oversight - Budgeting & financial management- Fundraising & grant writing- Resource allocation , has comfort with financial reports, fundraising strategies, and sustainability planning
  • Communication & Advocacy -Has skills in Public speaking- Written communication- Media relations- Stakeholder engagement and has strong presence in meetings, ability to represent the chamber externally .
  • Has the ability to build partnerships and grow membership base
  • Technical & Administrative Skills - Microsoft Office proficiency- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar tools- Project management software , Competence with tools that support daily operations
