Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Freelance Lighting and Video Crew members for various entertainment productions. If you're passionate, eager to learn, and excited about the entertainment industry, we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up and operating lighting and video equipment for entertainment events, including concerts, live shows, and performances.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure all technical aspects of lighting and video are functioning smoothly.
  • Ensure equipment is set up and tested before events, troubleshooting any issues that arise during setup or the event itself.
  • Follow instructions from senior crew members and contribute to the smooth execution of the production.
  • Maintain and organize equipment during and after events, ensuring everything is safely stored and ready for the next production.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Motivated and willing to learn.
  • Experience a plus but not required.
  • A keen interest in lighting, video, and the entertainment industry.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to the schedule.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptable, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Training:

  • The company will provide 6 days of training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.
