Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. This role involves developing creative concepts, filming and editing videos, and optimizing content to maximize reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Production:

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality short-form videos tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Generate creative concepts based on current trends and audience insights.

Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie.
  • Incorporate transitions, music, text, captions, and effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

Social Media Optimization:

  • Format and optimize videos for each platform's specifications.
  • Add captions, hashtags, and other elements to increase visibility and performance.

Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with marketing and social teams to develop content aligned with brand goals.
  • Stay informed about trending formats, viral challenges, and platform updates.

Audience Engagement:

  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., views, likes, shares) and adjust strategy based on insights.
  • Engage with viewers by responding to comments and fostering community interaction.

Brand Representation:

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience creating, filming, and editing social media video content.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong creative vision and understanding of short-form video storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for engagement.
  • Understanding of platform-specific video optimization techniques.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera equipment (DSLR or smartphone).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience producing content for brands or businesses.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Ability to independently manage the full video production process from concept to delivery.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday in Cubao, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
