About the role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new leads, showcasing our premier residential properties, and closing sales to support the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating qualified leads through various marketing channels Scheduling and conducting property viewings for potential clients Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet individual and team targets Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate or property industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities A driven, self-motivated, and resilient personality to thrive in a competitive environment Familiarity with the local Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental real estate market A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
