Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Collaborate with the sales to meet targets.
  • Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into customers.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and sales tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree or certification in Sales or Marketing.
  • Experience with international clients or in a global sales environment.
  • Multilingual proficiency.
