Position Summary
The Junior Full-Stack Developer will be provided with the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, collaborate closely with a small team, ship meaningful work, and use AI tools to accelerate your learning and output.

Job Details

Work Setup:

  • First 6 months: Full-time onsite for close collaboration, onboarding, and product ramp-up.
  • After 6 months: Transition to work-from-home / hybrid is expected, with occasional onsite days for client visits, team meetings, or important workshops.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible work hours to an extent.

Flexible arrival between 8 AM to 10 AM, corresponding flexible end time between 5 PM to 7 PM

Holidays: Philippine Holidays

Responsibilities

  • Implement frontend ) and backend (Node/TypeScript) features based on clear requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and refine it through code reviews with the Senior Lead.
  • Construct data-heavy UIs (search, filters, dashboards) using our design system.
  • Write basic tests (unit/integration) to ensure your code works as expected.
  • Collaborate in a product squad with clear, collaborative communication in English

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years relevant experience. Fresh graduates or self-taught developers are encouraged to apply.
  • A portfolio or GitHub history showing side projects, tinkering, or clones of popular apps is highly valued.
  • Good grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript logic. Familiarity with React and Git is required.
  • A habit of "learning by doing." You aren't afraid to try new tools or ask questions.
  • No degree required.
  • Comfortable and open to AI-first approaches and integrating AI into daily engineering practices.
  • Must be able to provide GitHub profile or equivalent code samples demonstrating actual coding ability.
