Duties and responsibilities of an assistant project coordinator are as follows:
1. Acts as contact person and spokesperson of the design team in discussing technical issues and concerns.
2. Assists in the written correspondence and telephone discussions with clients.
3. Monitors phases of the project, incoming and outgoing documents, and submittal schedule.
4. Attends and participates in meetings of the design and project management teams, prepares minutes of meeting, and puts the client's instructions in writing.
5. Periodically monitors status of submittals and progress of the project.
6. Assists in the preparation of review comments summary and inspection reports.
7. Visits and inspects building construction sites and facade contractors' factories.
8. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by superior.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications.
1. A graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or any related course preferably with basic knowledge in curtain wall and cladding systems.
2. Excellent in oral and written communication in both English and Filipino.
3. Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Autocad.
4. Smart, has pleasing personality, and easy to get along with.
5. Preferably residing in Makati or nearby cities to avoid tardiness during early morning meetings.
