Job Description

● Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects

● Conduct risk analysis and management to ensure cost control

● Monitor and track project progress in terms of costs and variations

● Prepare and submit progress claims and variations to clients

● Keep track of project expenses and maintain cost reports

● Manage and maintain documentation related to project costs

● Support in the preparation of project close-out

● Continuously seek ways to improve cost management processes

● Familiarize with existing and approved quality systems of the company

● Quality inspection of all projects

● Coordinate between all project sites of the company for quality control

● Manage all application methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurances processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations

● Attend site meetings and technical meetings 

● Support and assist Sales Designer at the showroom

Qualifications

● 1-2 years of experience

● Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila
