Maker Lab's cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies from measurement & analytics to content production.
Role Summary:
As a Copywriter, you'll craft compelling campaigns and ideate creative solutions for our tech clients. You'll partner across departments, mastering the brand's verbal identity from start to finish. We're looking for a collaborative, trend-savvy creative who can bring fresh ideas and solve problems.

Role:
- Partner with creatives to brainstorm and drive dynamic campaign ideation, developing innovative communication strategies through compelling copy.
- Craft campaign concepts to life with clear, compelling written content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone, while pushing creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to shape and maintain brand voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints.
- Develop and execute campaign ideation of projects according to marketing plans, focusing on written content.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements, translating them into effective copy.
- Execute internally led projects, including the development of key messaging, scripts, and written content for various mediums.
- Assist agencies with the execution and development of key campaign messaging and written content.
- Craft copy for digital and offline mediums, including social media, website content, and print materials.
- Assist with quality control of partner brand written content to ensure adherence to brand voice guidelines.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, gathering feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful campaign execution through effective written communication.
- Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment.
You:
- At least 6+ years of experience in crafting impactful written campaigns, ideally within a hyper-growth environment.
- A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling written content across various platforms.
- A keen understanding of brand voice and the ability to maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries, acting as a true brand voice ambassador.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate written concepts clearly and persuasively.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables independently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, bringing fresh and innovative written ideas.
- Experience in crafting copy for digital and offline mediums across multiple touchpoints.
Your commitment will be to delivering work of the highest quality while working with team members to constantly develop new ideas and ensure consistency by building frameworks and guidelines.
