Job Role:
We are looking for a Strategic English Copywriter with a sharp eye for detail and a forward-thinking mindset to lead and execute our content strategy. This is not just a writing role — we need someone who understands how content can influence, engage, and drive action across platforms and audiences. The ideal candidate will not only create compelling content but will also lead the planning and execution of our written content strategy across regions. They should be able to advise on the most effective content formats and distribution platforms tailored to each country's context, supporting our existing operations and expansion roadmap. Additionally, the role requires a strong grasp of B2G communication, with the ability to produce content in line with governmental tone and language appropriate to diverse regulatory environments.
MUST HAVE
● 4–7 years of English copywriting experience, ideally in tech, B2B, or regulated industries.
● Experience leading content strategy across multi-market environments.
● Exceptional command of English (Arabic is a plus).
● Proven ability to write for government, regulatory, and institutional audiences.
● Familiar with SEO, lead generation content, and editorial planning.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a cohesive written communication strategy aligned with DataFlow's brand voice and business objectives.
● Lead content planning and calendar execution across different geographies, ensuring regional relevance and alignment with strategic goals.
● Recommend the most effective content formats and channels for each market we operate in or plan to expand into.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to understand target audiences and translate key messages into compelling copy.
● Proactively suggest and develop content pieces including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, email campaigns, and more.
● Write and edit high-impact content for digital campaigns, product pages, brochures, internal communications, press releases, and website pages.
● Craft articles, thought leadership pieces, and updates that reflect the appropriate tone, terminology, and protocol for government and regulatory audiences.
● Ensure tone, clarity, and consistency across all external and internal communication touchpoints.
● Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for strategic storytelling and content differentiation.
Qualifications & Competencies:
● A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
● Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
● Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex, technical topics.
● Experienced in writing for B2G and regulated industries, with sensitivity to cultural and governmental nuances.
● Adept at tailoring messaging for different personas, sectors, and geographies.
● 4–7 years of English copywriting experience, ideally in tech, B2B, or regulated industries.
