We're looking for a sharp and imaginative Copywriter to join our team and help us create the next generation of award-winning advertising.

Position Summary

As a Copywriter, you'll be a core member of our creative team, responsible for developing and writing compelling copy for a diverse range of clients and campaigns. You'll translate marketing objectives into powerful, persuasive words that capture attention, build trust, and drive action. This role is perfect for a wordsmith who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving creative challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and write creative, on-brand copy for integrated advertising campaigns across all media, including digital, print, radio, TV, and out-of-home.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors to develop a cohesive and powerful creative vision for each project.
  • Present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and clients, articulating the strategic thinking behind your work.
  • Adapt brand voice and tone for various clients and target audiences, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural insights to keep our work fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, often under tight timelines.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the creative process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1 year of professional copywriting experience, preferably within an advertising agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a wide range of styles and a proven ability to produce compelling, results-driven campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively, translating client briefs into persuasive copy.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with art directors, account managers, and other team members.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, content management systems, and a solid understanding of SEO principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
