Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of various service delivery teams, ensuring efficiency and excellence in process execution. Responsibilities include managing resources, implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires ensuring compliance with organizational policies, maintaining high-quality service standards, and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, process optimization, and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate high-performance teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive operational efficiencies
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience within the IT or digital services industry is a plus
