Duties and Responsibilities:

Development & Coding

  • Assist in designing, coding, testing, and deploying web applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
  • Develop and maintain front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Implement data access layers using Dapper ORM for efficient database interaction.
  • Write and maintain parameterized SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures.
  • Contribute to RESTful API development and integration.
  • Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.

Database Management

  • Work with SQL Server for schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.
  • Support database migrations, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent data access standards.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with senior developers and designers to deliver features and fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow agreed coding standards.
  • Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
  • Contribute to technical documentation (codebase, SQL queries, APIs).

Maintenance & Improvement

  • Support ongoing enhancements and bug fixes for existing systems.
  • Monitor application performance and suggest query/architecture improvements.
  • Follow clean coding practices and learn design patterns applicable to Dapper + MVC.

Continuous Learning & Growth

  • Stay updated on new features in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and Dapper.
  • Explore best practices for lightweight ORMs and secure SQL handling.
  • Participate in team training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing.
