Property Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in period, quarter, and year-end close procedures for timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure reporting deadlines are met
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving accounting issues related to capital expenditures and CIP (construction in progress)
  • Perform ERP system maintenance in support of Project Accounting
  • Record business transactions via the project accounting subledger and general ledger entries
  • Review purchasing support and capital treatment determination according to GAAP and company's capital policy
  • Maintain balance sheet workpapers and account reconciliations
  • Fixed Asset Management responsibilities include planning & executing asset additions, transfers, & Disposals
  • Other duties as necessary to support the department and the company's financial functions.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years experience as a Property Accountant or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Accounting Experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Accounting, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Oracle ERP Experience (Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php75,000.00 per month
