About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Electrical Engineer to join our team at Polystar General Services Inc.' in Taguig City Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical systems and infrastructure across our diverse property portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems
  2. Identifying and resolving electrical issues promptly to minimise downtime and ensure the uninterrupted operation of our properties
  3. Designing and implementing upgrades and improvements to electrical systems, taking into account energy efficiency and sustainability
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate electrical work during construction, renovation, and tenant buildouts
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
  6. Providing technical guidance and support to property management and maintenance staff
  7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all electrical systems and activities

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  2. Female Electrical Engineer (Liscense)
  3. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and best practices in the real estate industry
  4. Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
