The Finance Officer for new business will play a crucial role in the analysis and reporting of the company's financial performance, conducting variance analysis, standard costing, transfer pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Reviews events contributing to overall business profitability.
  • Prepares monthly profit and loss statements per SKU for profitability management.
  • Collaborates with assigned brands' commissary operations.
  • Works with logistics, store operations, and R&D for system setups and resolutions.
  • Aligns with the Director on monthly closing and outlook approach; prepares and revises monthly outlooks.
  • Leads budgets, outlook/forecast preparation, and report variances.
  • Ensures timely and accurate financial reports, including outlook and monthly PNL.
  • Assists in decision-making for key projects, prepare scenario analysis, and ensure system data integrity.
  • Participates in weekly operations meetings and provides bi-monthly updates on the brand's financial health.
  • Assists the Director with various tasks as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent courses.
  • With at least three (3) years of work experience in product cost accounting or cost management, financial planning, and reporting, and business partnering.
  • With at least three (3) years of work experience in production or inventory planning operations, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a natural curiosity to explore new ideas, processes, and technologies.
  • Preferably, with experience in financial modeling (simulation and forecast) and Anaplan.
  • Possess good communication skills, both oral and written, as well as presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, attentive to details, and able to think outside the box
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Laguna or Pasig.
