This key position exists to ensure that new employees are effectively onboarded and that organizational learning initiatives are efficiently administered and tracked. Under the supervision of the HR Training Officer, the HR Training Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the administrative aspects of training programs. This includes coordinating and maintaining records for New Hire Orientation, assisting in the implementation of learning activities, and generating reports and trackers related to the delivery of training courses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new employees are equipped with essential knowledge and resources for smooth integration into the organization.
  • Coordinates with ADEC ONE internal stakeholders to align new hire orientation schedules and requirements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of the program.
  • Manages administrative aspects of internal courses by maintaining accurate records and running reports to support compliance and program evaluation.
  • Helps in preparing data needed for training evaluation reports to measure program effectiveness.
  • Reviews and approves separated employees' clearance accountability with Organizational Learning to ensure timely processing.
  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
  • Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS/BA in HR Management, Education, Communication, Psychology and other related courses
  • At least (1 year) of work experience in relevant or related role/capacity
  • 1 year or more of relevant and related experience in BPO industry is an advantage
