About the role
CPI Management Services is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City office, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
- Adhering to call quality standards and key performance metrics
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer inquiries
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
- A positive, friendly, and patient attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
