About the Role

As a Salesforce Data Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our Salesforce platform running at its best. You'll oversee database accuracy, manage workflows, and create reports that give leadership clear visibility into performance. This role blends technical expertise with problem-solving, ensuring our team has the tools and insights they need to drive deals forward efficiently. From managing user support to implementing process improvements, you'll play a key part in optimizing how our team leverages technology to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure data hygiene and accuracy by keeping all Salesforce records up-to-date and complete
  • Enrich records with accurate details and updates
  • Update ownership and owner contact information regularly
  • Verify ownership using tax records (parcel/entity confirmation)
  • Execute weekly property updates, including:
  • Identifying wrong owners
  • Recording new sales
  • Tracking development starts and completions
  • Deduplicate records to maintain clean data
  • Create new property, company, and contact records as needed
  • Track competitor-listed properties within the CRM

What You Bring

  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with U.S. tax records (nice to have)
  • 2–5 years of experience with data entry in Salesforce
