Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
  • Provide effective leadership to branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Implement strategies to optimize branch performance and enhance productivity.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective measures as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Customer Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage branch budget and expenses effectively, ensuring cost-control measures are in place.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for review by higher management.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing electrical subcontracting.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits, licenses, and certifications.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for branch growth and development.
  • Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve branch efficiency, performance, and profitability.
  • Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,500.00 per month
