About the role

Blueshift Energy Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Lead Specialist to join our team as a full-time employee. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing and communications strategy, ensuring we effectively reach and engage our target audiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and advertising
  • Create engaging and high-quality marketing content, such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and promotional materials
  • Manage and optimise our digital marketing channels to improve lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform strategy and optimisation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the energy or sustainability industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
